Privacy Policy

The short version

The Serenyx reset experience and private Reset Log are designed to stay on your device. The app does not require a Serenyx account, create a cloud journal, or use your reset activity for advertising.

If you enter your email on this website, that email leaves your device so we can send the launch notice you requested. Website hosting and form processing are provided by Netlify, as described below.

Optional Google Analytics is disabled until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline it or change your choice at any time by selecting “Privacy choices” in the website footer.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Serenyx iPhone app, the website at serenyxapp.com, and communications sent in response to a request you make through the website. Serenyx is a PixelBuilt product from Busted Pixel Media (BPM). In this policy, “Serenyx,” “we,” and “us” refer to the product and its operator.

2. Information handled by the app

Serenyx is designed to work without a Serenyx account. Reset prompts, your responses to the reset flow, and the private Reset Log are designed to remain locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud journal or advertising profile for that information.

Apple and your device may process information necessary to download, purchase, update, secure, or diagnose the app under your Apple settings and Apple's policies. App Store transactions are handled by Apple; we do not receive your complete payment-card details.

3. Information handled by this website

We may receive the following information when you use this website:

• Launch-list information: the email address you submit and the page location from which you submitted it.
• Operational information: hosting providers may process an IP address, browser or device information, request logs, timestamps, and similar technical data needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.
• Optional website analytics: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process page views, interactions with early-access links and launch forms, approximate location derived from an IP address, and browser or device information. We do not send your launch-list email address to Google Analytics.
• Support information: the contents of messages you choose to send to support@serenyxapp.com.

4. How we use website information

We use website information to:

• send the one Serenyx launch notice you requested;
• respond to support or privacy requests;
• operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website; and
• if you allow analytics, understand which website pages and launch paths are useful;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Joining the launch list does not enroll you in an ongoing marketing series. If we later offer product updates, we will ask separately before adding you.

5. Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes the launch-list form on our behalf. Netlify may process form submissions and technical information needed to provide and secure its services. You can review the Netlify Privacy Statement.

Apple distributes the app and processes App Store purchases under the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent launch-list emails.

If you opt in, Google provides website analytics on our behalf. Advertising features, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our website configuration. You can review the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Retention, deletion, and your choices

We intend to retain launch-list emails only as long as needed to send the requested launch notice, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal or security requirements. You may ask us to remove your launch-list email before then by writing to support@serenyxapp.com.

Information stored locally by the app can be removed through available in-app controls or by deleting the app, subject to normal device and backup behavior. You may also contact us with an access, correction, or deletion request. We may need to verify a request before completing it and will honor applicable privacy rights.

Website analytics is optional. Use “Privacy choices” in the website footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. Declining analytics does not affect access to the site, the launch list, or the Serenyx app.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Children

Serenyx is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the launch list. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Serenyx evolves. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date when we do. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@serenyxapp.com.
