Terms of Use
These terms explain what Serenyx provides, what it does not provide, and the rules for using the app and website.
Effective August 4, 20261. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Serenyx, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. Serenyx is a PixelBuilt product from Busted Pixel Media (BPM). “Serenyx,” “we,” and “us” refer to the product and its operator.
2. What Serenyx is
Serenyx is a self-guided reset tool that provides short breathing, grounding, and tension-release cues. It is intended to offer a clear next step during moments of racing thoughts or overwhelm.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not delay or disregard professional care because of Serenyx. If you are in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support.
3. Access and availability
We may offer a free level of access and paid Serenyx Pro features. Features, limits, prices, and availability may change as the product evolves. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Serenyx, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
You are responsible for a compatible device, operating-system version, connectivity needed for download or purchase, and following applicable device and App Store rules.
4. Apple purchases and subscriptions
Paid iPhone features are purchased through Apple. Apple processes payment, renewals, cancellation, and eligible refund requests under its own terms. Subscription details and the amount charged will be shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not by itself cancel a subscription. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable rules.
5. Responsible use
You agree not to:
- use Serenyx in violation of law or another person's rights;
- interfere with, probe, overload, or bypass product security;
- copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer Serenyx except where law permits;
- use automated means to scrape or misuse the website; or
- misrepresent your affiliation with Serenyx, PixelBuilt, or BPM.
6. Intellectual property
The Serenyx name, marks, interface, site design, text, graphics, and other product content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Serenyx is a PixelBuilt product. Site and product content are © 2026 Busted Pixel Media (BPM) unless otherwise noted. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Disclaimers
Serenyx is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Serenyx will always be available, error-free, or produce a particular emotional, medical, or wellness outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Serenyx, PixelBuilt, BPM, and their contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Serenyx. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Serenyx changes. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Serenyx after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law. Questions can be sent to support@serenyxapp.com.
